I'm seeing joker 2 this wkd with my grandma and grandpa.
I was not a fan of inside out 2 but the voice actors for envy, anxiety and ennui were my favorites.

You’re not wrong about Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, I don’t understand the high ratings and box office numbers. The original is one of my favorite movies of all time and I didn’t think the sequel captured the same magic that the original has at all. Too many characters, a weak story, and the lack of music by Danny Elfman made it feel very heartless and dull.

I’m bummed that it sounds like Justin Theroux was annoying in Beatlejuice Beatlejuice. I love him. He’s my Jason Statham haha
I’m so proud of you for watching Inside Out! Sometimes animation just scratches an itch! Haven’t seen the sequel yet but it’s on my list.
I knocked another 3 movies off my watchlist.
Longlegs - Loved it! My type of horror movie! One of my favorites of the year so far!
A Quiet Place Day One - I think it’s my favorite of the series. I just like the human story aspect of it. Made me cry. That cat though was suspiciously calm. I had to dig deep into suspension of disbelief with that cat. lol I know it was a service animal and trained for high stress situations. But I mean, .. aliens, explosions, getting lost several times - those seem higher than high stress.
Trick ‘R Treat - watched this based on your recommendation. Had a good time with it! I laughed out loud several times ESPECIALLY the scene with the dad in the backyard digging the hole and his son keeps yelling out the window. I like that all the stories kind of tie into each other. I think to fully appreciate it I’ll need to watch it again though!
Can’t wait to see The Substance at some point. Maybe tomorrow while my son is in school. Haha Demi Moore continuing to be fearless with her body - dang she is AMAZING.
Margaret Qualley was in Poor Things and Kinds of Kindness as well. She’s also in one of my favorite shows of all time (as is Justin Theroux) - The Leftovers.
K this is a novel. Take care!!
