Ingredients:
1 pc - Ampalaya
Water & salt
Oil for sauteing
1 tbsp - Ginger
4 cloves - Garlic
1 pc - Onion
1 pc - Tomato
3 tbsp - Black beans (tausi)
1 cup - Chicken stock
2 tbsp - Oyster sauce
2 tbsp - Soy sauce
1 tbsp - Sugar
3 tbsp - Slurry (Cornstarch + water)
4 pcs - Sliced fried tokwa
2 tbsp - Sesame oil

Wrong. Babad sa asin para mamasa at pigain. Makakatas ang pait n kulay berde. Hugasan maigi dahil maalat. Pano maaalis ang pait sa nakababad na tubig na may asin? Pano mag kakatas? Mali ang mga turo sa YT.
