Chunky Chicken Macaroni Salad, SIMPOL!

- This is the easiest macaroni salad you can make! But of course, maraming sahog, kasi maraming kakain dito 😅 Loaded with chunky chickens and a lot of cheese.

Ingredients:
Set A
400 grams elbow macaroni
400 grams chicken breast
2 tablespoons salt
1 piece carrot
water
Set B
1 piece onion
1 whole cheese
1 cup pickle relish
5 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 piece cream cheese
3 cups mayonnaise
1 cup pineapple
salt and pepper to taste
I tried it today sakto pang new year, grabe chef ang saraaap ! As in ang sarap!!!!Ako whole na cream cheese nilagay ko! Palaging failed ako sa paggawa nito before.Chef thank you for sharing your secret recipe! Next time dagdagan ko pa carrots mas ok may crunch every bite .dont over cook the carrots guys. Hays grabe chef magastos man eh gagawa ulit ako next week 😂😂Dalawa na pambato ko na pagkain sa potluck😊
This might be the best version of this classic Filipino fave dish. I’ve never used bell pepper before, or vinegar. Like you, I mix the dressing first before adding the pasta. Putting the chicken w the pasta is genius. The prep time is the reason I feel tamad to make this dish especially when you have to boil & himay the chicken. Thanks Chef! ❤️🇦🇺

Haha, lagi ako nagkicrave dito pero un nga it takes time to prepare dahil dun sa paglaga ng macaroni, carrot, and chicken ng hiwalay when in fact pwede palang sabay sabay na and no need to shred ung chicken... haist

I omit the cream cheese...I also add pimiento...mince onion..i also omit the chicken medyo malansa. kasi chicken and instead i add some chopped sweet ham..i also add boiled eggs chopped.no need to put vinegar..season with salt pepper and sugar to taste.i also add some pineapple tidbits..
