    Stir Fried Ampalaya with Pork Belly is a nutritious dish that is rich in vitamins and minerals. Bitter gourd is known for its many health benefits, including helping to regulate blood sugar levels, improving digestion, and boosting the immune system.
    A flavorful sauce made of oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water is then added to the dish and stirred together with the ingredients until it thickens and coats everything evenly. This gives the dish a sweet and savory flavor that complements the bitterness of the gourd.
    Ingredients:
    500 grams pork belly (cut into big cubes)
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsps soy sauce
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    2 tbsps cooking oil
    1 thumb size ginger, chopped
    2-3 tbsps black beans (mashed lightly)
    1 whole big ampalaya, washed, cleaned and seeds removed
    1 tbsp garlic, chopped
    1 big onion, minced
    Slurry mixture:
    3/4 cup water (add more if you want more sauce)
    2 tbsps cornstarch
    3 tbsps oyster sauce
    Additional seasonings:
    ground black pepper
    brown sugar
    salt (as needed) or soy sauce

    Dapat binabad na may asin para medyo mawala yung pait kase mga bata di kumakain kapag mapait. Eto ay suggestion lang.😊

    Dapat dina hinuhugasan Ang ampalaya or any veggies after grating. Nawawala Ang nutrients ng gulay
