This dish should not be mistaken with ginisang talong because this one only uses the same ingredients as adobo for the flavor and there are no onions or tomatoes used in this one.
@@rosariodecastro1842 Hello po. I normally don't give a specific measurement because I would not know the size and quantity of the eggplants you are cooking and for how many people. Also some people can't have too much soy sauce for health reasons. It would depend on the individual taste.

Hindi naman po. Ang vinegar pag nakapagsimmer ng several minutes, tumatamis po. Yung acetic smell nya nawawala po.
