Doesn't Newark have Tower Ladders. The delay on using master streams lead to the expansion of the fire.

I was there. It was intense. Apparently it was raised to 3 alarm. From Denys pizza all the way to McDonald in broadway the road was blocked
He Jeff, I'm retired reporter, been to lots of fires, watched a lot of videos (including many of yours). I don't think they should have lost all three of these buildings. Too late with the aerial attack for one thing. Your thoughts?
WELL THATS HARD TO SAY THERE WAS A LOT OF FIRE IN ALL BUILDINGS WHEN 13 GO THERE , ALSO THERE SHORT STAFFED ONLY RYDEING 3 SO THAT IS VERY BAD THE GUY ON THE DECK GUNS IS THE DRIVER WITCH IS BAD WHEN THERE IS ONLY 3 HE IS BUSY AT THE PUMP AND WAS PULLING THE LDH , ALSO IT WAS WINDY AND THIS IS AT THE TOP PART OF NEWARK SO EVEN 2ND ALARM COMPANY'S ARE COMING FAR ITS NOT OFTEN WHEN 3 BUILDINGS ARE GOING GOOD ALL AT ONCE

Old building dry wood lots of dead space in the buildings make it a tough fire to attack hard to get to the heart of the fire.
