I need help on screwing off
what keeps the base on
Hmm. I’m not sure. I tried to outline the steps in the video. If there are extra parts holding it on it possibly could be attached differently than mine.
Do you know if they sell base separately? I broke mine and am not able to fix it
I haven't seen any sold separately. Maybe try reaching out to the company and see if you can get one directly through them.
Im wondering how to remove the grille? I’ve unlocked the base and removed the screws. The manual is not a lot of help 😭
Hmm…I’ve never tried to do that. Not sure if that part is removable. I’ve only taken the base on and off.

For anyone who still needs this, you can just remove the screw near the top and then pull that cover out.
