ok guys one thing I wish someone would have told me at the beginning of my hair journey that he didn't explain in the video is that the key to getting nice healthy natural curls and not just nappy coils with wayyyy too much product in it is, DETANGLEMENT. All black people have curly hair it's just that some have more tangled hair than others so to be real with yall if you actually have any type of curly hair you DON'T need to try that much and you DON'T need 7 different products like in the video just one or two every now and then that's just me tho. So don't come for me this is just my experience. TAKE MY ADVICE OR DON'T I'm like 16 so ima not tryna start arguing with these dudes in their 40s over some freakin hair and god forbid anyone says anything remotely negative in 2022.
I respect that but my journey was also different, i used to detangle all the time, and put conditioner, but I’d say gel and deep conditioner was a game changer for me, once I combined those 2 with curling cream and conditioner my curls were looking 10/10 along with these finger coils/raking method, but again I respect that 🤝

Once hair is clean already put the conditioner and gel on dry hair like in the morning when you get up don’t wet it. See how that works for you. 💪🏾

Dont dry it with the towel😭 just shake some water out and rest a small towel ontop ur head until ur hair is fairly dry then shake again
