@@Trizzy5555 just do a calorie deficit? It’s where you consume less calories then your body burns in a day. So your going to have to experiment with food quantities and how many snacks you can eat so I’m general just eat way less. It’s low key going to suck but it’ll be worth it and just control yourself when it comes to snacks and control your temptations. But trust it’ll be worth it in the end.
