He also forgot to let everyone know one important step. Since 4c is the tightest it needs constant moisture. If you want to train your 4c hair to be effortlessly curly, you must deep condition it every week or other week. Deep condition with heat for at least 30-45 mins also with an essential oil for extra softness. The heat opens up your pores and hair follicles allowing you to absorb every bit of moisture and nutrients from the conditioner. If you have a blow dryer buy the hooded cap attachment that way you can connect it to the blow dryer and boom. It’s exactly the same concept as the hooded hair dryers in the professional salons! Not only that but take biotin if need be, make sure you drink water and maintain a healthy diet. Can’t be eating unhealthy and expect your body to produce great results on the outside!

While your washing your hair when the conditioner is in your hair shake the shit out of it let your hair air dry but don't let it get all the way dry while its still damp put some cream in it then shake your head till you get a headache

I understand, but it has less volume when I do it that way, I like my hair with more volume personally but if anyone else unravels it once it’ll still be curly.

I brush my hair and use the sponge you want waves then use the sponge then you can leave it as is sponge it or brush it or do both. It works for me at least.
