I expected it to be a lot louder. I have a 85 escort, four sundown 12in sa v2 wired at .5ohm, on a Ruthless Audio 10k. I can do a 154db 30 sec average and 155.1 burp at 42 hz.
@ATCA this is only my 2nd year doing this. Just figured a walled extended cab could get close, especially with double the cone area. Glad you're happy with it. You can always add more power, I'm tapped out lol.
Try seeing if those Hifonics subwoofers are water resistant and put water on top and show different frequencies with water on top. Looks water resistant to me.
@@ATCA right but I was just saying that those types of cones are more resistant . Did u figure out if one of the subs was out of phase ? I've done it a few times too and it really knocks off the DBs

Love the build. I have a 6.5 meso sub in the cab of my concrete mixer that hits loud. I cant imagine what 8 8's in that Ford must feel like!

@jamesvarner758 hatch is always going to be louder. Pickups are terrible to get numbers out of. It sounds amazing tho.

Your subs are out of phase onece you fix that your numbers should go up some since the subs wont be working against each other
