So sorry for the death of your dog … such a sad time😢 We lost our 15 year old Shih Tzu in July, and I still imagine she is here with us. She was the “bestest puppy in the whole wide world”. Something I told her everyday.

Hi Elizabeth 🍎. Love Love Love this video, my favorite room in the house and yours is the homiest ever. Everything you did is perfect, I am a collector of bread boards, wooden bowls, dough bowls and anything antique, some of them go back to the 18 th century, most of them have been in our family which I am so lucky to have. A lot of food was made in them, now they are plain decor. The wood really warms up my kitchen and dining room. Sorry to hear about your fur baby. Great video 🥰

I love your subtle seasonal additions. I have purchased all of my white Royal doulton dishes from value village for 1.99 each piece. ( google shows some are $120 each!) Thrift shops/marketplace are always my first resources when looking. ❤

I always love watching your videos and how you style everything ❤ I saw a photo on Pinterest where they used a silver teapot like the one you saw as a vase, spring flowers in it. It was on a silver tray with a small silver bowl (like a sugar bowl with handles) and it looked gorgeous 😍

Hello sweet lady! The silver teapot was pretty & great price! I love the silver teapots & other pieces, but I've got so much of it now i try not to buy more.. unless its really special! At my home back in Tennessee I had 3 long open shelves in my kitchen. The middle one was packed with silver pieces & i still had more in my storage room. Im really hoping to find an old hutch at a good deal! Ive wanted one for awhile, i just didn't have room before, our rooms were very small in TN. I collect old lamps & hurricane lamps, electric & oil style.. in all sizes. I have a couple that aren't really that old, but look old, most are pretty old tho. I loved the white with blue florals & the one with orange flowers you purchased. My secondary lamp i use in my bedroom is the hurricane style, but a little taller. It has the old brass base with hobnail milkglass body & a clear glass globe. i have an amber LED bulb in it & it gives a beautiful ambiance, but i think i want to try one of the flickering candle bulbs. Lol those both would have came home with me, is just an obsession!😄 So glad you purchased one.. And that's the perfect place for it! The pictures did turn out very pretty! The "Grace" print looks so good.. Love them!❤ I think the warmth & texture wood gives Is why i love wood things so much.🤷♀️ Oh Goodness, I'm so sorry about your fur baby! I know they become part of our family & its so hard losing them. I love how you styled all the pieces! Everything looks so pretty, cozy & welcoming.🍂 Enjoyed the video today, as Always! I love how everything turned out. I feel like the right side of your kitchen is a little bare it’s very heavy and warm on the left of your stove, maybe hang those small framed art prints on the wall by the cabinets or maybe hang a basket on your pantry door?

The print is called "Grace" it has become the Minnesota state picture. The picture was taken by Eric Enstrom back in 1918. I have a large picture I have had it for years and just recently had it reframed to put in my renovated kitchen! Read the story behind the picture

Wish you would go to goodwill more often. Love the lamp - would be nice to use the print side facing out for fall - then the plain side for the rest of the year. What is your work profession? Didn't realize you worked outside of the home...
Thank you so much for watching! I should get to Goodwill more, it's a little out of the way but I will try! I work pier diem at an Elementary School! I enjoy going in and being with the kids and then being off a lot of the time too! Its the best of both worlds, very grateful!

Did you say you are in Canada? I am also from Vancouver but moved to the USA, anyway, I always found that Canada has a huge amount of Made in England China, old ironstone and lots of European items. Just my 2 cents…
