Dr richardson does the rib bone blend into the nose and become strong? how do you put it in there and keep it in place? do you glue it on?

South India is very advanced, i think the eye colour implants thing called brightocular is also done here in S. I Kerala too . 🎉🎉🎉. Here in Mizoram we used to have many teachers from south India , they are amazing people and very sharp mind . I still remember Miss Bindu our Hindi teacher . Omg her memory ability is amazing.
