What you totally forgot to mention is, how extremely difficult this operation is, not to destroy the Nervus facialis on both sides, because you had to cut directly there, where it would go, not to destroy the Nervi lingualis, mandibularis and glossopharyngeus. She does not only look beautiful, she can speak! She can swallow! She can smile! And that is the real art of plastic surgery. And she has no infection. Bravo!

I think they put those clear braces on her teeth as well to correct the overbite a little as well as the amazing job that plastic surgeon did to alleviate the problem and gave her a beautiful chin. She will experience s little numbness which is normal but should resolve itself in time. Castor oil will do wonders to heal that area completely snd solve those problems.🌟
