It definitely looks better. I can understand her not being 100% happy with the tip of her nose, but she has to be realistic with what can be done. I'm sure it's not as small as she wants it, but it definitely looks so much better. Wish there was English CC so I could understand the whole conversation.

There is nothing wrong in any kind of face surgery..Good look is important to everyone but not all admits..It gives confidence and motivation in life..
Doctor my suggestion is to show before surgery and 2 months after surgery where results will be clear . On a swollen face not much can be seen .
If she's reading this msg let her know that earlier nose they/He (previous Doc ) messed up so badly gave her Parrot like Nose now She's looking really nice!

Everyone in the comment section comparing both her surgeries, it's obvious 2nd on is alott better but can we focus on the fact that from her side view nose looks way too big way too pointy better that the previous surgery but it could have looked much better.

@@RichardsonsFaceHospitals ..i think is that she makes too much mistake in the first place ..cos us northeasterners so obsessed with long nose like other plain indians drive us crazy.
We always says we have a tiny nose we have flat nose, but actually our indian fellow citizen said we have cute nose and its okey. I too want high bridge nose but i will be stupid like this girl. She ruined it all in the first surgery.
The nose should suit the face of the person. I have a broader nose and so is my face.
@@zoram671 Yea, I agree we have many northeasterners and nepalis here and many of them have bubbly noses. I'm a north Indian, my noise is long though not pointy but yea, its attractive looking, thank god i dont need such surgeries.
