Newly Built Apartments For Rent

We tour the Sierra Apartments in Dumaguete off of EJ Blanco. These apartments have the same owner as the Sierra Hotel and that is where you would go to conduct business with them.
The apartments were started before the pandemic and when it hit, the construction stopped. The owner died and the son became the new owner. He is finishing them up and getting them ready to rent. They had not established the price and did not have the contracts finished when we looked at them, but they may be ready. The person showing us the units said they may be around 30K, but check with them for the facts.
