There are various kits out there, however the total conversion could get quite expensive... I don't know any shops that do it off hand...

You could run the stock nv4500, or get adapter playe for something like a zf-5 or zf-6. I'd run the stock nv4500 myself

It really depends on your location there are great shops in lots of places that could handle a job like this. Just do your research and find a good reputable shop.

Diesel conversion specialists offer the parts and can do the swap for you if you got the money

This was a Dakota Digital with controller mounted behind the seat.
How did he get the 205 married up?
Don't remember exactly, but most likely an Advance Adapters kit. The NV4500 has lots of options for it.
Advance adapters makes 2 different kits last i checked. One replaces the np205 input, the other uses a weaker spud shaft coupler.
You can also get a Magnum underdrive to bolt between the nv4500 and np205... $$$
