    ingredient
    400g chicken thigh meat
    1/4 cabbage
    1/2 onion
    1/2 green onion
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 sweet potato
    10~15 tteokbokki rice cakes
    10 perilla leaves
    1/4 carrot
    Sesame seeds
    Sesame oil
    seasoning ingredients
    2T red pepper powder
    2T red pepper paste
    2T soy sauce
    2T minced garlic
    2T cooking wine
    1/2T ginger powder
    1T curry powder
    A little pepper
    1T sugar
    1T starch syrup
    Remove the oil from the chicken thighs and cut them into large pieces.
    Grind the onion on a grater or blender.
    Add grated onion and curry powder to the trimmed chicken thighs, mix well and leave for about 15 minutes.
    Cut the cabbage into large pieces.
    Cut carrots, onions (grinded leftovers), sweet potatoes, and green peppers into appropriate sizes.
    Cut the green onions into 4~5cm lengths.
    Cut the perilla leaves into appropriate sizes.
    Add the seasoning ingredients together and mix well to make the chicken rib seasoning.
    Add about 1/3 of the seasoning to the marinated chicken and mix well.
    Add oil to the pan and place the chicken skin side down.
    When the chicken starts to cook, add the vegetables and the remaining seasoning.
    Stir well to cook evenly.
    fried rice :
    Chop the remaining ingredients into small pieces, add a bowl of rice and stir-fry.
    Chop the perilla leaves, green onions, and kimchi into small pieces and stir-fry them together.
    Sprinkle with sesame oil and sesame seeds, and finish with dried seaweed flakes.
