How do you use post production in your mixes? 🔥
Not much at all, and it shows 😅 great video! I will definitely level up in this regard, thanks!
Oh that’s me on vocals 😊😊 always making me sound so PRO.
You sound incredible!
@@cofiddle Thanks!
I was worried this would just be an ad for a sample pack, or another lesson in sprinkling in one-shot samples over a breakdown. But! This was an invaluable lesson in post production. Honestly, killer content as usual. Thank you!
Thank you so much for the kind words! 😄
Sprinkling one-shots over breakdowns is tops 50% of metal production 😉
Can't wait for the release, tracking this was so fun! 🔥
this is gold, thank you very much !!!!
Hyped for the single, sounds amazing! Would love to see a dedicated video on vocal processing :)
That is coming soon 🤫
I think we need more content about pre production. Everybody is talking about post production stuff but only a few give insight about what to do in songwriting arrangement and stuff like that. I kinda expected this to be the secret ingredient in modern metal.
For sure I agree that this could be its own video.
In the instance of this song I started with a loop and developed everything else around it. I think the trick is to find what inspires you and then experiment 🤘
This 🤌🏾
Sounds so huge 💯 ! The kick and snare are just perfect, which Drum VST are you using ?
Thank you! 😊

@@MOMetalProductions Thanks for the reply, keep up your excellent work 🙌🏻🙏🏻
very helpful, thaksns :)))·r
Completely off topic but it needed a comment
The SQUELCHIEST bass I’ve heard to date❤️ what was you using/how did you get that sound?
Haha, thanks a lot 😅
Our bassist Leo plus his Dingwall equals SQUELCH. Also using Saturn into GGD Cali Cabs. Check my latest MIDI bass video, it's got a similar setup mixing wise.
where do you get your favourite samples
You sound like John Malkovich)
Honestly some great and useful tips! And polarized honestly already sounds insanely good even without post production. Though obviously with the post processing, it sounds even better
Thanks a lot man! 😊
How much do you hate recording guitars as opposed to just using the Hydra 😅?
Not at all, a well recorded real guitar will always sound better than the Hydra!
Ok one major critique to the presentation: Just do the A B comparison and then afterwards continue talking. The voice and the volume reduction during the talking make it REALLY hard to listen for the differences. Just play A, play B, switch again maybe ... and then say something. Not during the A B test.
