probably because she's been through a lot growing up in the projects of Detroit as a child, being overweight and the bullshit that comes with it especially in the entrainment industry, and living in south l.a during the times of the riots in the 90's. It's understandable. After a while you get tired of being hurt (Loni does seem to be very sensitive and very sweet and loving) and you just make a vow that no one will ever be able to hurt you in those ways again (defense mechanism) and you keep it moving. Survival is not just being able to adapt to your surroundings, it's also bout overcoming that internal struggle so you won't succumb to it
up to one week is how long you can cry and binge eat, stay at home and not deal with life (I.e. Wallow) and then you have to get ready and carry on with daily life go to work, school etc and live. You can't be stagnant. You get over them with time and only by continuing on with life will you realise that you CAN live without them as life doesn't stop for anyone.
I know a woman that shaved her entire hair off her head because of a heart break. She said the shaving of the head symbolizes a new beginning for her. When she shaved it off, it's like she shaved away the pain. I couldn't do that though 😂😂😂

This is so real. When my heart is broken, I literally feel the pain. It's not gooood!!! Then I end up with a bad headache. I love hard. But once I'm over it, I'm completely over it. There's no more feelings. It's no going back for me because I gave my all. So I've learned to be careful of whom I let inside my world.

For a 2 year relationship it probably took me a year to get over it I dated other guys in the process but it still took a long time to get over him. It wasn't probably until he try to get back with me and I rejected him when I actually got completely over him and was finally able to open my heart again. And now I'm in love again ^_^

Tamar is so stupid you don't get over someone by finding and playing with someone else's feelings. That's how you get unhappiness and bad karma. What a bad message to your young fans. You deal with heartbreak by being an adult and dealing with your emotions constructively and vowing to get over them and become more successful than when you were with them (after you've cried for 2-7 days) in my opinion a full weekend is enough and then you have to to carry on with life.

This is so real. When my heart is broken, I literally feel the pain. It's not gooood!!! Then I end up with a bad headache. I love hard. But once I'm over it, I'm completely over it.
