I looked at a leftover special edition Stealth today. The seat was more comfortable than all the others at the dealer. But on this particular $4000 model (not the HD), the salesman said the transmission is not serviceable.... so I will probably go with the ZT XL they have.
I actually own 2 of the stralth mowers. The cut quality is very good 👍. I thought the black color would make me uncomfortable while mowing because the whole" black is hotter" thing, but i didnt notice a difference in temperature from my other mowers. It's all in how you dress, which help with temps. So far has been a solid mower for me. I do mostly residential properties and this gets the job done without breaking the bank like my future xommercial mowers might try to do.
@@carlsmowerandsaw I have the 52/54 " I forget the size at the moment, I'm away. Yet those 50 somethings save me so much time on a cut, so I know that 60" is even more of a time saver. To mow with a 60" you have to know the layout of the yard/what you are cutting, I'm sure.
What’s up with the Kawasaki engines brand new puffing blue smoke for a a few seconds on cold Starts ? Several people I know have the same thing happen . Never had that with my old kohler
Have you installed the suspension seat on the stealth? I read that the one that fits the ZT-HD doesn’t line up correctly on the stealth model and you have to buy the latch receiver to make it work. Any idea? I’m about to purchase the mower and would love to have some suspension with it.
Thank you for the feedback. I would like to know how I can improve as I am always trying to get better and when I do these videos often I am not trying to be a sales person. I’m trying to assist in educating.
@@carlsmowerandsawbiggest improvement I could suggest would be less on the looks, more on the capability. Others like me who would buy this for work, don’t care much how it looks but how it cuts. And how it holds up to wear and tear.
Thanks. This comparison was more focused on the difference. There really are no performance differences so that is where I spent my time. Is this more what you like ruclips.net/video/Q9PNhHeoBjg/видео.htmlsi=0KrzWx9iJGcELT7d@@producedbysteez1402
YUP !!!! That's the way I buy my mowers.........I don't give a rats patutty about info on quality build.......Me's wants fancy graphics, cause the mower cuts better, and just gotta have a rubber matt.....it goes faster with a mat !!!, and HEADLIGHTS, WoW !!! .........It's gotta be " Stealthy " to cut my grass { Me's got verrrry sneaky grass }.
The gravely ZTHD is a fantastic mower and if you’re into the looks and you might want to consider the stealth, but if you’re there to just cut the grass make it look good go standard

I just saw one of these on the showroom floor of my local farm/power equipment store--it looks bad azz!
They are a pretty sweet ride

Seems to be a Kawi trait
Is there room on this unit for the Canister Air Filter AND a ROPS bar?
Yes there is. The canister filter is a nice addition

We have put several on. The kit from Gravely includes the complete package seat and latch.
@@carlsmowerandsaw any chance you could include the part number just to make sure I have the right one? Thanks!
Can the hand grips be ordered for my regular ZT HD?
They can
@@carlsmowerandsaw could you give me a price or part number? I’d be willing to order from you folks if you ship!
Would it be good for small yards or would it be too big
Maybe look for at the 44” HD
An all black mower, that won't absorb a lot heat when its 80-100 degrees outside. 🥵
That is possible.
I’m sure it’s a great machine, but I don’t like the black color. Gravely is Red.
I too like the red
It's so ridiculous listening to salespeople spew words

I think it's ugly. 😮
Amazing how everybody has their preferences and looks isn’t it?
