I don’t want to be negative, but just because it’s waffle-shaped, doesnt mean it’s a waffle. That’s just scrambled egg with cheese. There was another video that made them with eggs and, I think, banana, which made a more realistic waffle. Not keto, but gluten and grain free.

Looking like a waffle doesn't really make it a "waffle." It's just waffle shaped. This is just going to taste like cheesey eggs... not a traditional waffle.
