A glorious presentation on the art of eating Yakiniku. I will save this one for next year's planned trip. One question though. Can I successfully perform a Yakiniku meal for one? I will be travelling solo and, while I know most Japanese restaurants cater beautifully for the lone traveler, not all meals work out this way. For example, Chinese Yum Char just doesn't work out when you are alone. Dr M
Thank you for watching😉 You can go to Yakiniku alone and grill well and dine there alone👌 Even though we Japanese don't go to Yakiniku alone somehow, there are also some Yakiniku restaurants for single customers, such as Yakiniku-like. Have fun Yakiniku😊
Yakiniku is PERFECT for DATING! It's very interactive. Have fun with it! However it is not cheap. There is a lot to talk about during a yakiniku meal. Which meat, how long to cook, etc. Jojoen is my favorite (but expensive). Toraji is also nice. Jojoen uses natural gas fire (adjustable). Toraji uses coal fire (feels authentic). I also get rice (gohan) to "cleanse my pallet" between different meat selections. Both of us help cook. It prompts conversation. Let the Nihonjin "teach" you. She'll like that. (^.-) Pro Tip: If it gets over cooked, the man should take it. Let her have the "successful" pieces. (^.-) If you're a gaijin this often works out well because Japanese tend towards less-cooked. So... over-cooked to her is not over-cooked to me. (^.^) Truly, if you want to impress her... Jojoen. Trust me. Been doing this for over a decade. I have never had a Japanese girl decline Jojoen. More often the response is "Really!? Yes!" (^.-) Expect to pay around 20,000 Yen (Jojoen for 2 people). Reservations will be necessary with Jojoen. Your hotel can help.
Thank you for watching agin😉 So here is a dating manual of Yakiniku dating😂 Yes, Jojoen is the most popular posh Yakiniku restaurant in Japan💯 Even though you can grill well doesn't mean you can get your lady's heart, but at least you would have a good start to dating😆
