  • For 38 dollar is this a good battery charger? It's definitely affordable at a fair price.

I bought the Tractor Supply Traveller battery charger. It is a 2 amp, 4 amp, and a 6 amps charger. I like it a lot. It has never failed me. I use it to charge my lawn mower batteries and I will ocassionally charge my car batteries about every 3 months with it.

I have several different jump starters. One of my favorite jump starters is this one on my video: ruclips.net/video/oy2H1YH34mM/видео.html I have had it for 1 year and it has never failed to jump a vehicle. We have had extreemly cold weather and snow and I have jumped two stranded cars over the past two weeks. One car was in the Walgreens parking lot and the other at Ollie's Discount Store.

My friend had this same charger. The LED's were so dim in 4 months that you could barely see them. In bright daylight it was almost impossible to see them. I guess they got dim in 4 months time. Finally, they quit glowing. That is the main reason I returned this charger. He showed me his and I said, "I'm going to return mine."
They don't blow. LED's fade over time. My friend's quit glowing. Since LED's do not blow, I am assuming my friend's unit quit glowing because the control panel malfunctioned. That was the reason I returned mine. I like the Schumacher brand. I have several Schumacher lithium jump starters.

Friend just came back with this model charger. I just put it on his 2006 Mercury Marquis dead battery. Battery is relatively new but got really cold here in Memphis. I see what everyone is saying about the LED lights. But it’s supposed to shut off when charged so maybe the lights aren’t that important? I’ll post a review later. If it explodes and burns down the garage I’ll be sure to post. 😂
