    At this time, it makes no sense for any brokerage to charge a desk fee - everything is online and at home. Why am I paying to sit at my own desk!?

    • @AlitheAgent
      @AlitheAgent  7 месяцев назад +1

      💯💯💯💯💯💯 and why am I being charged the same amount as others who might not need to be forced to go into the office? Are all of the splits even public and equal to everyone, or is the office playing favorites and cutting some agents deals?

      @@AlitheAgent that’s what I’m saying! Like, they already charge are so many fees for what?! We need to all get together and open our own brokerage!

    Is the video conference for questions still available? I noticed the Calandy link and like to schedule a time, but I do take into consideration that this video is almost a year old.

      @@AlitheAgent I will make sure I watch those videos first. Now do we already need to be a licensed agent to book a meeting? I'm about done with the online course and need to still take the state exam.

    Not sure about US but here in caanda KW has 64/36 split only until youve paid $3k in franchise fees. Then it goes to 70/30. And then after 1 year your split goes to 80/20.

    • @codyg2921
      @codyg2921 4 месяца назад +1

      I was offered 80-20 immediately at the start I think locations vary.

    Keller Williams!! Is flat out a scam
    Period! Didn’t even need to watch the video! 64/36 split ! 2 million cap. That’s 25k a year! If you spend 5 years there you would have given them 125k! If you are agent that caps! In what do you get in return for 125k! Nothing you couldn’t have bought yourself!

    • @codyg2921
      @codyg2921 4 месяца назад +1

      my split is 80-20 so 76-24 until cap. max I pay is 18k per year. exp is 16k so its really close honestly. Might be location based but your numbers don't match what is offered to our area.
