Thank you and hang in there, you have done a mountain load of work in your content, as well as start a bakery with one of the most difficult ingredients. I so appreciate you do not use almond flour (I actually like it and ate it for years,) but have developed a sensitivity for nuts, and since you don't use nuts it is very helpful. But makes what you do multiple times harder. And I LOVE seeing VANN and HUSBAND. So -- Thank you!!! And I love both the baking (YUMM) and cooking with all it's tips. Oh and I love the chicken strips you used, and I can only find them at WalMart too.

A short segment on what the look like and what they are and how to work with them would be helpful. ALL your videos are helpful. Just the experience with making the gravy was great -- you give such good explanation, you we don''t need measurement on some things. But the starting amount to thicken the gravy was good, they add til you get what you want!!

There are a few videos you did when you just getting started that are similar to this, but the recipes are hard to decipher because there is so much other content and you were just getting started, would you consider doing those again? Well I am a keto channel and went keto and gluten free in 2020 and felt better so I stuck with it. Arrowroot is also lower on the glycemic index so is better for people with diabetes and on keto because we try not to spike our insulin. But I'm just showing one way, obviously gravy can be made several ways.
Should ne 20:16 ver use plastic in microwave, you are adding microplastics into your foods. Trying to get this out of your bloodstream is near impossible. Should never eat hot food out of plastic either.
