    📌 Ingredients for Low Carb Keto Noodles:
    2 Cups Cottage Cheese
    4 Eggs
    2 Parchment Lined Baking Sheets, sprayed with oil, if you want
    📌 Ingredients for Keto Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo:
    Low Carb Noodles (Above)
    1 1/2 -2 Lb Chicken breast tenderloins
    1/4 cup minced onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 stick butter
    1/8 t nutmeg
    2 cups heavy cream
    2 egg yolks, whisked proper
    2 t lemon juice (optional)
    1 1/2 - 2 cups shredded Parmesan/Regianno Cheese or Parmesan (Depending on how thick you like )
    Fresh or Dried Parsley
    Salt
    Pepper
    Olive Oil
    👩🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions:
    Keto Noodles:
    Preheat the oven to 350.
    Blend cottage cheese and eggs with immersion blender until smooth.
    Add salt, pepper, or Italian seasoning if desired.
    Divide evenly onto baking sheets.
    Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, then switch the baking sheets around in the oven.
    Cook for another 15 minutes and remove from oven to cool for 5-10 minutes.
    Keto Chicken and Alfredo sauce:
    Season chicken with salt, pepper, & Italian seasoning, if desired.
    Coat the bottom of a Sauté Pan with Olive Oil and heat on medium heat. When it's hot add in tenderloins and saute for 4-5 minutes per side until brown and 165 degrees internal temperature.
    Remove from pan, saving oil.
    Add 2 cloves of diced garlic and ¼ cup minced onion, cooking until soft and slightly browned.
    Add in the stick of butter and melt down.
    Add pepper and salt and mix.
    Add the nutmeg and continue mixing.
    Slowly mix in 2 cups heavy cream. Slowly whisk 2 egg yolks into your sauce and heat until the sauce is bubbling, stirring occasionally.
    Add lemon juice, if you want, or you can squeeze over it at the end.
    Mix in cheese until it's melted and sauce is creamy.
    Add noodles into the pan with your sauce, or spoon sauce and chicken over noodles.
    Top with shredded cheese and parsley and crushed red pepper if you want. Enjoy!
