Banker’s 5th Gen needed some power gains after the lift kit and 37’s went on. Banks has these trucks down to a science and have everything he needed to upgrade his Cummins engine for more power, AND ensure catastrophic engine failure doesn’t happen.

Will the monster intake void my warranty I just bought a 2022 Ram 2500 and I want to install this but not void my warranty

just installed monster ram on customers 18 3500 cc truck just put number 1 fuel line on before monster ram intake you will be glad you did.
How much did it cost
My 2017 just turned 120k ordering the monster ram and grid heater delete in the next couple of months.
All those parts and you can kinda hear the turbo 😂

I also recommend the Pedal Monster. Now if Banks would just get the damn Derringer on the market for the 6.7 Cummins. Come on @bankspower, the Derringer has been "coming soon" for the last 2+ years. No more excuses, lets get it done!

I have an 08 and the intake ram raises the dipstick to make contact with the hood is there a remedy for this?
I run mine without the the plastic cover over my filter and I get way more turbo noise and it runs the same as with the cover

Before and after dyno videos would be perfect. There are very few for any trucks and I always am looking to see how much these actually improve trucks
BANKS has all the sheets to back up their products. One of the few companies out there that cares enough to prove it.
@Banker Offsets Garage they don't mention that the restriction is the cylinder head though. Cool it flows the most but the cylinder head can't accommodate all that air 😂
Banks has zero data for ram intake in term of how much horse power it adds. Why? Because it adds zero ? You would think he would back it up with numbers for power
I would be skeptical of any gain over 20hp without tuning.

How many watts does the Banks heater put out vs the stock Ram grid heater and is it enough to start your Ram in -40 F?

@@bankeroffsetsgarage9814 true. You can also buy the s&s kit and be reimbursed by Chrysler. S&s is a way better pump than the Mopar one

Has anyone gotten the p0402 code? I installed the Bank's CAI, boost tubes, and the Monster ram horn elbow and now I'm getting this code since the install.

I have a 2020 Ram, I live in NC. Would you recommend getting the monster ram replaced regardless the weather temperature? Also, if I install the monster ram, do I have to upgrade the boost tube or that is optional? My truck only have 48K and still with warranty. If I do any of those upgrades, will that affect the warranty? Just asking. Thanks!
The efficiency and performance alone is worth it.. and all components can be done alone but work best together

Other than the intake, im beginning to think banks is a scam… I find it funny that he talks up emissions like they’re so great but when he builds motors they have 0 emissions on them
Caleb, if we could sell engines to the general public with no emissions equipment, we would. Unfortunately, it's illegal. Currently, we sell complete engines for military use only. The engines can be found in all JLTVs, as well as various tracked, wheeled and off-shore vehicles. We do not make the decision to design and build engines with or without emissions equipment. The U.S. Gov't sets emissions output standards for defense engines. Currently, it appears that after-treatment systems are viewed by our government as a potential point of failure that could put a soldier's life in jeopardy. Of course, if they mandate aftertreatment systems, we will build engines accordingly.

A DPF back exhaust is a glorified exhaust tip. Exactly zero performance or sound change.
BANKS would beg to differ.. obviously deleted trucks make more power but theres always room for improvement to the factory parts and this exhaust achieves that. It's minimal, but it helps!
@@bankeroffsetsgarage9814 I just can’t see it. You are limited by the DPF and SCR no matter what. Banks makes some killer products but some are questionable like this.
@@CatRichardBojangles Contrary to popular belief, you can indeed improve power by reducing backpressure after the DPF. First, the DPF is not as restrictive as people are led to believe on the internet. DPFs have come a long way since they debuted in the early 2000s. Second, let's look at the exhaust system as multiple drinking straws. We've all tried to breathe through a drinking straw. Although hard, it is possible. Now add a second straw thereby doubling its length. It gets harder to breathe through. Then add a third. Now it's almost impossible to breathe through. But what if those straws each progressively got larger in diameter so the third straw was three inches wide. You'd be able to breathe through them. Why? Reduced backpressure. Enlarging the straws effectively makes them act as if they were shorter. That's what the Monster-Exhaust does. By reducing backpressure at the tip of the exhaust, less energy is used by the crankshaft to expel exhaust gas during the exhaust stroke. That means more power from the power stroke can make it to the wheels. Remember, only one stroke makes power. All other strokes use power. If you reduce the amount of parasitic horsepower loss on the exhaust stroke, you liberate power that can now be put to the wheels.
