    I am constantly talking about this difference, and how I apply arch methods to real estate shoots. Well done. I really like your book, too.

    Thank you! I do enjoy both but like the information from this, Nathan. I have taken a cue from the production world to help tune hourly pricing. Its funny when I first calculated the hourly rate and thought it was high, but the struggle to get past the "by the hour" rate was a mental block at first.

    Just in time - I have TODAY ask meself about this topic :)
    After comparing my pictures with a homestaging agency pictures - for RE we need to show the space most efective way - as stagers show the possibility how to improve the space.
    Great lesson as always!

    An interesting video, Nathan. Thank you. You referred to an agency performing adjustments to your images.Is “external” editing of your images something which the client needs to agree with you, on a job by job basis and in advance, or do you allow that as being a standard aspect of all work?

      Hi David, I think you might have heard incorrectly...I don't have other agencies preform edits, that goes against what I suggested actually.

      @@NathanCoolPhoto thanks Nathan. I thought it seemed counter-intuitive.

    Great info. For architectural photos I’m assuming that I would need to use a contract for the rights to use images for, advertising, vendors, designers and so on :) Is that info in one of your books?

      Thanks! Yep, I talk about that in the business techniques book, here's a link if you'd like to check that out: amzn.to/3xERytL

    Since arch photos are used for advertisement and such, do you charge photo licensing fees or provide full rights to the customer?

    • @NathanCoolPhoto
      @NathanCoolPhoto  Год назад

      All photos, whether for MLS or Arch are for advertisement. Either way I never give up full rights to my photos, but these gigs are charged different, which I talk about in amzn.to/3UVwjjv
