With previous HRT doctors, both now retired I know what levels of E,T,P. I know what does not work also. Some doctors villainize T for women but initially my T was "8" at conventional doctor he said "8 is fine" I went to HRT bio-Identical doctor, received a 125 mg pellet of T. She said it will takes a couple weeks for night sweats (swimming) would go away. It took two days before I felt like a totally new woman, no hot flashes, no night sweats, no irritability, energy level returned to good instead of poor, continued yoga classes three times a week, increased muscle tone. Now with this new doctor? first we need to find out where my levels are. But if she is going to villainize T as some doctors are doing and this some kind of hocus pocus testing would tell her I just don't know, but that is the road I'm on. Find out what's wrong and fix it is the moral to this story and a story is simply all it is. First I'm a radiant light of my soul the rest is just BS (belief system). Pick your poison carefully.
Oh my I just came across your comment and this sounds like my situation. My testosterone is also an 8, dr said it’s “good” I am suffering. Horrible night sweats and freezes all night longZ it’s been 4 months with this dr. So difficult to find a good practitioner who knows how to treat with bioidenticals.
Found a Women Clinic that actually takes Medicare, they say they do HRT so we will see. The last doctor who was non Medicare took 1300$ cash, forgot to order the hormone panel among the other test she ordered not once but 3 times, finally just paid for another 250$ face to face appt without it. "hormone panel doesn't matter, here is scripts for all three hormones". So I'm guessing on dosage until I see this new provider. We have to fight Darleen, and keep fighting. Bless you@@DarleenDeAngelis
8 is not fine! Where do they determine this BS? It is the equivalent to a males gonads drying up at the age of 51 and telling them "get used it it, it is just menopause"
About to take this test as suggested by Dr. I have questions about whether this will be helpful or not. From reviews on other channels, it is not impressive, but then again, I'm difficult to impress. Its in my DNA.

The clarity is terrible. Is that intentional? Disappointing.
