I’m surprised that you take Xanax. Benzodiazepines are highly addictive and difficult to stop. Its a bandaid. I’m not a doctor though. Thank you for your DUTCH test videos. I definitely am interested in getting one (or two, for follow up) done. I joined your FB club, too!
Thanks for joining the group. Not sleeping is as bad for the body as benzos. Certainly wouldn't be my first choice but at some point, you have to sleep. Let me know if I can help you!
I'm a breast cancer patient. now luckily I'm in remission, but doctor recommended me to take estrogen blockers, tamoxifen. Is this test is informative than blood test to keep my estrogen and other hormones in balance?
Hi, glad you are doing well. The test can show the metabolic pathways for all of your hormones. One of the estrogen metabolites is associated with increased breast cancer risk and if the percentage is too high, there are ways to force it to a safer pathway. It also gives us information about how well your body eliminates estrogen overall. It's much more informative than blood testing.
@@hormoneharmony thank you so much for your feedback, dr.Anna. If the one of the estrogen percentage is high, do you know what to do and how to treat in natural way? Do you have instagram? I would like to join Thanks in advance
I ordered a Dutch test, but now haven’t gotten my period in over a month (no way I’m pregnant) and I’m getting hot flashes and night sweats badly:/ How do I do it if I don’t have a cycle or normal cycle? I’m 46 this year
You can either use an ovulation predictor kit and test 5 days after ovulation. At 46, ovulation is likely to be sporadic, so you may just need to pick a day and do it if the OPK doesn't detect ovulation.
Thank you for such an informative video!

@@adgarrett1 thank you!
I have PCOS and very irregular periods. Like no periods for 4-6 months. Should I wait to have a period before doing this test?
I would recommend getting the test and then using an ovulation predictor kit to try to catch a month when you ovulate.
Who reads the results of that test? When we take it? Is that good for people that have ovaries removal too, and take HRT? Thank you
I read the results. Yes, it can be used to follow HRT.
