    Wow, I like the way you teach in relationship to growing immature children. I would take your course… please add a link in the description. I had exactly this morning issue of serious awakening specific auto-immune symptoms.
    Morning auto-immune symptoms: Optic neuritis, double vision, migraines. Then discovered I had low D and low B12 and fixed those with blood tests every 3-6 months until I stabilized. Then, 2 years later, I discovered (I don’t know when it started) 24 hours a day I had higher than normal range of cortisol and I was diagnosed with a sleep disorder supporting either narcolepsy type 2 or idiopathic hypersomnia with my REM starting in 5 minutes from when I hit the pillow (that’s not normal). During the time of the high cortisol. That was a shocker!
    I found this video trying to understand the connections between 1.) sleep/wake to 2.) chemical brain processes for cortisol and histamine and 3. immune response levels.

    Great explanation!

    Waking up is a stressful thing in itself. You need cortisol to get things started like: to increase insulin rezistance, elevate glicogenolysis in the liver to deliver energy substrate to the brain. You need vasoconstriction to counteract the gravitational pull when you stand up and so on...

    Ah, so this explains why I have so little energy after snoozing, sleeping in and using my phone in bed after waking up, even after 8-9 hours of sleep.

      and endocrinologist could fuck it up worse. don't take dexamethisone for it woyuld surly make you crazy and adrenals glands destroyed making your life so horror like you might want to end it every day. people doctors family will give up n you. your Adrenal glands must have been mess with. if they can't even mention the most important meaning of why your cortisol is like it is.

    Thank you it was 1 hour of knowledge!
    My daughter is 11. Doctor endocrinologist prescribed a medication to take nite before cortisol Bl test. And it showed 28. She called me to tell me about the results telling me that it’s ok we don’t have to be be worry about it. But on the other hand my family doctor called me saying that cortisol is very low and it needs attention considering my daughters age. What would you recommend. Thank you

      Unless you have a very Good endocrinologist being very lucky to find one. many people are shaking depression so bad that suicide is thiere only alternative. i am one and its worse than what you would not wish on enemy. your worse one that it. steroids are not ever much treated correctly and is thier a correct way. People familly doctors will also give up on you.

      Have you had your cortisol levels tested? I have hypercortisolism aka Cushing’s Disease. Drs just thought that I had depression/anxiety/insomnia/panic attacks.

    So, what other “downer” method can be use to sustain sleep for individuals that have chronic insomnia waking 1am-3am?
    Would you take the “downer” when your sleep is interrupted at 1am-3am or would you just work on your CAR with uppers and downer until it balance?

    When I wake up what seems to be my allergies are really bad. I feel it's largely due to first exposure to light. Could this be part of my CAR?

    • @trafficjon400
      @trafficjon400 2 года назад

      Try steroids Dexa and see any light. Steroid puts your lights out and cortisol so fucked up youl rather die or just kill some one for treating you with it. Adrenals shot to hell.
