    Thank you for this, my health tanked in 2022 after an extremely stressful event and I was keto for 3 months which made it even worse. Now I can understand why

    Thanks for the physiology explained behind the stress response. However, the name of this lecture is misleading. Very little info is shared regarding actually resetting the HPA axis. Dr. Rice keeps saying everyone is different and rushes through any available options with no details. Treatment options should be the main point of this lecture. Instead, it's clear that this video is business-driven - everyone should come to her sponsor lab to get tested in order to get some answers. 👎

      You have to get tested to know where the fires are to put out. For instance, I had no idea my body was inflamed due to a virus. I could have tried every inflammatory/elimination diet but it would have never solved the root cause. Edit: Actually, I did try many diets, yet it led to Vit D deficiency, which weakened my immune system and let the virus come out of dormancy to play.

    Why doesn't this get examined and dealt with much? What does one have to be like to get that? Do they only help a few patients? How do I show I am worth helping?

      For trauma, look into Bottom Up Therapy and/or TRE Trauma Release Exercises. You have my sympathy and love!
