I feel like my symptoms began after the second covid vaccine 2.5 years ago. Then I got covid over a year ago. Just got my Dutch results back. Low cortisol. Low dhea. Low testosterone. Low estrogen.

I highly recommend SAFE USES FOR CORTISOL by Dr Mck. Jefferies. He treated thousands of patients over several decades. He also discusses VIRUS TX as well which will be an eye opener for most. Happy Holidays

Fantastic presentation. Also interesting regarding differences in men to women and how hormones might influence this. Not unlike the Autism ratio in men to women. Fascinated why more women get POTS and if this is true of long Covid.

I've had covid twice, the second time around I noticed symptoms of low testosterone. I am currently at 306 ng/dl with 7 ng/dl free. As I understand it, this is the very very low end of normal. I know I didnt feel this way before. Will this get better or am I stuck with this / need TRT?

@@User98681 I haven't had it tested again. Going purely by feel. Its definitely better than it was 7 months ago. The odd thing is it tends to wax and wane. Sometimes I'm feeling completely normal again, then out of nowhere the feeling of low T comes back. Seems to be on a 3-4 week cycle. Really crossing my fingers that this isnt a permanent situation.

@@User98681 Hey Liam, I found something that actually works. I bought a red light / near infrared therapy device after reading that it can increase testosterone. I have been doing it for about a week with really positive results, and I just randomly remembered this youtube reply and I wanted to tell you. I got one of those pads you can strap to your body but I think I am going to go all out and get myself a proper panel. Google red light therapy panels... also, in case it isn't obvious, you want to shine it directly on your balls.
Also, you asked about supplements, zinc (ionic zinc), vitamin D and ashwaganda.
