Acacia dealbata, the silver wattle, blue wattle or mimosa, is a species of flowering plant in the legume family Fabaceae, native to southeastern Australia in New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, and the Australian Capital Territory

Aaawww your little chihuahua was just trying to give you kisses. Maybe she feels a little left out. But! On to the trencher. I could use something like that but there so many rocks up here in northern Wisconsin (glacier territory) that it wouldn't work. But I would like it anyway.

You need a slip joint in the upright on the tank overflow, the tank will grow and shrink as it fills.

It is a Wattle. Acacia mearnsii, Sydney Black Wattle. Short lived native forest legume. Lives about 7 to 10 years. Very hot firewood when seasoned. Very common in Sydney and surrounds. Protected species over 2mtrs.

Probably a Meyer Lemon, very sweet lemon. Brilliant planting Nicole! Black wattle trees, are native but a weedy native, grow at the drop of a hat. Loved seeing the chickens, you know they are all girls, right?

Jeez, I hope you know where all of your services are before you start digging trenches, Tim. If you cut something with that mechanical badger, you’ll get a surprise. Might also be time to get some safety chaps and boots. You’d look a little odd doing free mow Fridays on one leg. I would recommend learning to make your own limoncello if you have that many lemons. An OCD guy like you would enjoy the two chemical reactions in that process. A bit of work, but worth it.

Such an amazing property, my dream is to retire and live on a block like this. I cannot think of any way of life better than this. Growing food, mowing lawns, chickens, dogs and cats, no neighbours, no sirens, no commuting, just peace and quiet. All you are missing is a pool. Dream. Well done you. I will do it, but it is maybe ten years away when I will be 58, if I am still alive.

Decomposed shale about 5cm thick over your muddy spots, let it settle and compact a bit and then you can topsoil and plant grass again. Muddy spots get clay deposit the shale is micro porous so good for letting air and water cycle in the soil to promote breakdown of debris and root development for stronger turf. Deer repellant around your property will help, or just keep seeding and feeding until you have a herd of deer 👽🗿👽🗿🤣🤷‍♂️
