Haha! My theory is that Bowser secretly replaced Princess Toadstool's letter with his own before the king knew. As for the second thing... I'd say Bowser's just an idiot XD

Ha ha, Bowser you sneaky jerk. XD Ain't that the truth. Not only did Bowser tell Mario where to find him, he made his battle arena full of fragile blocks that couldn't support his weight. It's almost as bad as putting an axe behind a bridge that he's standing on--oh wait, he already did that. XD

Omber Oni Link I know right, eating vegetables makes his eyes bleed... that's a great way to get kids to eat their veggies =3
And now that I think about it, SMB2 is one of the very few Mario games to actually have blood in it - well, the remakes anyway. Can't remember if there are any others.

The king has been transformed into a Yoshi. Lol. And boss 7 is Ludwig Von Koopa, when he stomps it makes the floor vibrate and it hurts you.
