My high school teacher trailed the Clash on their US tour and recommended i listen to the Ramones, he wasn't wrong. Though he was probably wrong when he had an affair with a classmate of mine when she was 18. Legal yes, but his wife who also was a teacher at my school wasn't too happy about it. Then again, she had M.E. so it was hard to tell if/when she was ever happy. This is all true and not very exciting, but i'm drunk and maybe another drunk bored person will be vaguely amused by what happened in England in 1997.
