you are so right man i dont wanna lie, i have been lean before and all I was doing was tracking my food, making sure i get enough calories and tearing my muscles in each and every workout and it worked wonders. Then i lost momentum because of events that happened in my lifE , Then i tried to get back on it and it was even harder because i listened to body building youtubers and it kept on becoming harder and harder. Since i found your reel the past week and followed your program, i have enough momentum and am seeing progress.
@@WilliamMmole yooo I appreciate you reaching out to me man. I’m glad my content motivated and sets you in the right direction again. Let’s get jacked!
Brilliantly simple. It's what I do. At 59yo I was obese. Three years later lean and muscular. I eat 50% animal protein and 50% animal fat. I do resistance training and when I do "cardio" I do no more than 10 mins of full body intense OR I walk for a hour. I feel sorry for those fooled into bulking the dieting. I feel sorry for those feeding their body foods that make them hungry/overeaters. I don't track calories, I don't take supplements. I did my exercise at home these past 3 years and only just joined a gym to see if their range of equipment will make a difference. On the first day in the gym I had other people asking me training questions, as if I was obviously someone who knows how to succeed.
Few years ago got into a chat about a guy who opened his own gym after years of professional bodybuilding. Said his biggest gripe with clients was that few people wanted to eat high protein meals and build muscle. Said it was easy to get the fat off them over a number of weeks... but while they did look better they didn't have the lean physique they desired. Personally for myself I always heard from folk that building muscle is hard and burning fat is easy, but it was only when I stopped the cut/bulk cycle and just eat a high protein diet and began to lift did I see results. I enjoy the process of lifting heavier and heavier stuff, where as with cardio I'd burn myself out after a few weeks.
Exactly, when you train for a while you realize the bulking and cutting is quite boring and not the most effective. We are not trying to become a bodybuilder, we want to look and feel good. Therefore what you mentioned and what I said in the video is the only thing you need, spot on!
Thanks for the info, honestly this really helps 💪
You are the man ...Thank you for your helpful advise and for all your help as i strive to be the best me possible ❤️

What is gripe?
@@GabrielSantos-bc6bw Another word for complaint, it's something that annoys you! Like people not re-racking their weights can be a gripe for some.
