So you cut calories to lose body fat. However, eventually your body will decrease it meatbolism and you will have again to cut calorie to sustain a deficit. So you just keep decreasing calories until you lose all the fat you need? What about hunger? because if it's that simple (just eat less) why do people have trouble losing body fat?
@@AndreLeitedaSilvaGaldino focus on muscle growth at all times because that will give you a great metabolism wether you’re cutting or not. Be consistent with a slight deficit to achieve long term result
good video only thing i have to point out is that i dont think a 500 calorie surplus is neccecary. i think 200 calories surplus would be enough, which i recently heard from a study that i unfortuanetly forgot the name of lol
