Tatiana is what I can honestly call a "Dark Angel". She's beautiful both in looks voice and persona (from what I can perceive from her interviews) but she can go from angelic voice to full blown demon in a heartbeat and back pulling your emotions along with her. Some may say she's possessed by raw talent but I see intelligence and skill from hundreds of hours of hard work driving it all. The entire band is literally like a tiger...agility, balanced, dexterity, endurance, power and speed. Pretty much everything that can turn your perception inside out...I LOVE THIS SHIT 😁(My punisher voice)

That particular style of singing is technically called Vocal Fry. Most people can do it, (badly and with a lot of damage) but people like her have learned how to do it without hurting herself, hence why she can go back and forth to chest voice with no noticeable strain.
I dont wont to be rude or anything but girls have been "growl" singing since early 2000. Check out Arch Enemy (Angela Gossow) - Nemesis. 2008. (Japan). Angela Gossow is my favorite growl women, she not performing anymore but she have alot of power in she's growl. Remember Angela dont sing normally at all, and this is the last song on the setlist.

Yeah there is a name for that type of singing -two actually- False cord and Fry. They are two different techniques with different sounds, Tatiana uses both, but mostly false cord. FC generally sounds more like a gutteral growl, whereas Fry usually sounds more like a high scream. Maria Brink from In This Moment uses almost exclusively Vocal Fry and you can hear a distinct difference in the way her vocals sound compared to Tatiana who uses mostly False Cord.
Ya typically you will see those kinds of growls in Death metal and Technical Death Metal. Sometimes you can see it in similar genres to break up the vocal styles.

Yeah there is a name for that type of singing -two actually- False cord and Fry. They are two different techniques with different sounds, Tatiana uses both, but mostly false cord. FC generally sounds more like a gutteral growl, whereas Fry usually sounds more like a high scream. Maria Brink from In This Moment uses almost exclusively Vocal Fry and you can hear a distinct difference in the way her vocals sound compared to Tatiana who uses mostly False Cord.
The best part about it its actually her voice just with some post edit reverb and delay and it's called growling or screams

Ya typically you will see those kinds of growls in Death metal and Technical Death Metal. Sometimes you can see it in similar genres to break up the vocal styles.
