Quick question: can you apply for an EAD before 150 days? if you do get rejected, does that mean you can't reapply? thanks!

Thank you for your question and for being part of ASAP’s community! If you are applying for a work permit (EAD) based on a pending asylum case, you can apply when 150 days have passed after you submitted your asylum application. If you apply sooner, it will very likely be denied. However, you can reapply as soon as you do have the 150 days, without waiting for the result of the first application, and again without paying any filing fee.
