I said that there are oxalates in almond milk and cacao several times these past years.😅 Thanks to Sally K Norton's information I finally found the main reason behind my health issues! I was to the point of being bedridden. I'm very happy to see that the information is getting out there!🎉🌞
Yes, and for someone like you that is sensitive to oxalates you should avoid this recipe. :)

Omg Maria, you are the egg separator queen! If you had a nickel for every egg you've separated, I bet you would never have to work another day in your life! 🤣🤣🤣 My husband LOVES coffee ice cream. I make his using Civilized Espresso Powder - I totally recommend that for flavoring if anyone wants to boost the flavor in this recipe. Probably only needs 1/2-1 tsp. I don't have the coffee flavor Equip but I am totally trying this with the vanilla flavor so I can have my OWN coffee ice cream. My hubby won't go near it if he knows there's stevia in it - LOL! Thanks for the great recipe!

I heard you about using only allulose for ice creams I guess I won't be able to make ice cream yet until I purchase allulose 🤣🤣🤣
You can use other natural sweeteners, but allulose gives the best results for scoopability out of the freezer 😊 mariamindbodyhealth.com/impact-sweeteners-and-allulose/

I’m still trying to understand what you like to use stevia glycerite as you are the only one I’ve ever heard to say to use that form. Is there a preferable difference between glycerite and plain liquid stevia? Thanks for all you do!

Oh wow nice I’ve never heard of impact brand! Looks like it’s a combo of monk fruit as well as the allulose. Do you always use the combination of the two or are there times when you prefer strictly monk fruit or only allulose?

I ordered that vanilla protein powder It didn’t taste good but I’ll have try other options as to how to fix it
I wasn't a fan either and I bought 3 bags of different flavors that I have to use up! I found a waffle/pancake recipe that uses Equip that is quite good for using up the powder. I am going to try her ice cream using vanilla and lots of Civilized Espresso Powder.
You can add other flavor extracts and see if it helps. Vanilla is very versatile 😃

Nope ...and it dissolves really well ❤

No, it does not affect insulin. Almost all of it goes right through you into your urine.

If only you used common available ingredients! Can't use any of your recipes. So sad.
