    Hey low porosity protein sensitive girls be mindful the the She moisture strengthen and restore shampoo mentioned has hydrolyzed rice protein, and its pretty high up on the ingrediebt list. It also has hydrolyzed vegetable protein, as well as hydrolyzed keratin. I was using it for a while every now and then to clarify my hair and every time i woukd use it my hair just drew up and got stiff in a way. This made me look deeper at the ingredient list. Those i mentioned are a no no in all forms for my low porosity hair. It may work for some, but just be mindful. She did say make sure to read all the ingredients. She givesa plethora of great info❤️

      Yes that Shea moisture strengthen and restore leave in I was using so much gave me protein overload which was my own fault for not realizing (reading) it had protein

    Thank you so much! I'm a 49+ woman and I'm JUST NOW hearing anything about Low Porosity Hair. I'm JUST NOW found out about different hair types. We've just said, "Oh, she's got GOOD hair and mine was NAPPY and THICK.") I've been SO frustrated with my hair over the years and just 2 nights ago I just went online typing, "Best moisturizer for nappy hair", and OMG! I went through the rabbit hole and found YOU! I went out and bought REAL shampoo and conditioner, I've just always used Pantene 2 in 1 and then putting on oil and Let's Jam to smooth it out. Remember, "I have NAPPY hair not GOOD hair, so I managed it by FORCE, cake it down with the HEAVIEST gel I could find, Super Strength Maxim Hold for this NAPPY NOT GOOD HAIR, I punished my hair for being "Bad" because it most definitely IS NOT GOOD.
    So, today my heating cap with steam will arrive along with some of the oils you presented and some extras.
    Let's see how it goes, I'll update you on my progress into this new journey of LOVING instead of PUNISHING my hair.
    Thank you so much for getting me started! 😊🙏

Once it do not have coconut in it I will try it. If not it's a nono for me. Thanks for the video. For some reasons I cannot fing a good gell that will work for my hair. How do you use these products?

    • @angelwilliams2126
      @angelwilliams2126 9 месяцев назад

      @@lakayladumas4793 I use the now brand bentonite clay that I get from Amazon and I just use any Apple cider vinegar great value to be exact and I pre poo my hair with and carrier oil that your hair likes mine is grape seed oil I have low porosity hair so I wet it first with warm water rub the water in until it is moisturized then I rub in the oil and put a shower cap or plastic cap and used a heat cap for 30 minutes then I rinse it out with warm water then I mix equal parts bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar in a plastic bowl using a plastic spoon and apply it to my hair your hair can be slightly damp when you apply it mix enough equal parts to cover the amount of hair that you have. The mixture will be thick. Apply it to scalp and the hair and cover with plastic cap and leave in 20 minutes and rinse well with warm water until the water runs clear and all the clay is out of your hair. Apply a deep conditioner next for 30 to 45 minutes using a heat cap or plastic cap low porosity hair does well with heat cap. Rinse out and apply our products that you usually use. I usually spray with more water rub it in then apply my leave in conditioner mixed with an oil of your choice and style as usual or put in protective style my hair is curly when wet so I use pineapple style some people with different hair type use twists Bentonite clay can be drying make sure to deep condition each time. Only need to use it once a month. I hope this helps.
