An ACL* injury is a tear or sprain of the anterior cruciate (KROO-she-ate) ligament (ACL) - one of the major ligaments in your knee. I have just as much respect for a MA movie star as a competition fighter (just simply for different reasons). They are good at 2 different things, and maybe one would not be able to do the other, but they are both skilled. Even the Choreography you see in things like WWE must take great skill.
