Hi there, I live in rural nth central Victoria Australia and marshmallow is considered a weed.. It grows in winter like crazy on my small 1 acre block and I love it. I eat it all thru winter with corned brisket, silverside beef boiled with potatoes, pumpkin etc. delicious.. mm
The leaves are soft and crisp, I eat it raw in salads and boiled like cabbage. It grows into bushes and can grow up to approx 5’ tall. They’re coming to the end of their cycle now in mid- to late spring, so am just waiting to collect seeds, and dig them up for the roots...

It is marshmallow real marshmallow made from marshmallow root pulp it is medicine that he has made❤
