Ever since the beginning of this year, turned 24 back in June. I struggle to get out of bed. I’ve mentally already died in 2021. Now I feel like a living corps waiting for my inevitable death. I get upset when I see the sun and the heat kiss my skin when i look or step outside. Don’t know what it is but something is wrong. I like the night time after dark at about 2-4 am because It makes me feel like something is still possible. I sometimes get out and walk the empty streets, feel different until I get back home. I’m scared to wake up to the next morning. I’m slowly beginning not like people very much. I’m developing anger issues I can’t deal with. Finally accepted that I can’t fix anything no matter how much I try. Something somehow always goes wrong. The sight of babies brings me lots of anxiety. Superficial things no longer bring me joy. The only thing I can say about you talking about starving yourself? I do think fasting has some physically positive aspects, but you need to educate yourself on the process. Its more of a physical detox than spiritual thing.
Fasting has benefits because the food people eat are unhealthy, so when you cut out all food, you also cut out all the other crap you were eating. Thats where the benefits come from
