You made a video talking about the pros and cons of Murfreesboro, yet you didn't mention the landfill
Every city has a dump, a landfill, or some other place where waste is stored.
It would be like saying "and there's traffic during rush hour".
We help a lot of clients in Murfreesboro and the landfill does not ever come up as a con for them.
@@Indro_DeBock OK, so I guess the fact that Mayor McFarland and the city Council have been fighting Republic services about the dump smell and expansion is something every city is going through. Also you're wrong Rutherford county takes in over over 30 counties garbage in Tennessee it's a big problem and you know it
I truly respect your personal opinion but if you Google search, every mayor of every city is fighting a dozen companies for a bunch of major problems.
To try and make it sound like Murfreesboro's problems are worse and bigger than anywhere else isn't accurate. Go attend some town hall meetings in other cities.
Lastly, we report what the people we serve say. They only talk about the landfill if it's brought up. We did a community survey in subdivisions that were closest to the landfill. Very few mentioned it other than a passing thought that they wish was better, like traffic, taxes, and anything else. People said they chose to live there and stay there despite the landfill because they love it there/here so much.
So, for us, we listened and it's truly not a real con of Murfreesboro."
Facts! When I worked there I would smell it from time to time driving in and it’s reallly bad
Good video but much of it pertains to Middle Tennessee in general, not how Murfreesboro is different from say Franklin or Hendersonville or even Nashville. Weather is largely the same for 100 miles in any direction. Traffic is bad anywhere in the region. Let's hear about how housing costs and crime compare to other parts of the Nashville area.
