- READ DESCRIPTION: I DON'T OWN ANY OF THE CONTENT. Once again, the Anime boys portray another event in history. This time, the Battle at Shiloh Tennessee, April 6-7, 1862. This was created to commemorate the famous battle that took place 159 years ago. Performed by Mickey Clark and written by M.G. Smith, Company C of the 2nd Texas Volunteers, the piece helped to inspire this unique composition.
This film was once again used only for artistic values and historical significance, as well as to merge two passions together, to show some relevance to a modern day audience. I do apologize for any offenses or misrepresentations made by this project.
Please grant mercy and enjoy.
People remember the battle but they forget the blood spilled.this is awesome! Always brings a tear to my eye
They don’t forget. It’s always called Bloody Shiloh.
Love the civil war ones you do
This day in history April 6, the Battle of Shiloh Hill begins. This is a true history fact
My 3rd Great Granddad fought with the 57th Illinois Infantry at Shiloh.... They saw some hard fighting.
Ooh, wee! I did enjoy that piece and visuals. Smooth-as-gravy animations, a flowing background, a haunting song, all pooled together to make a noble tribute to a grisly hour. Thank ye, M'lord
my ancestor was at Shiloh. Private Josiah O'Malley, Company B, 2nd Texas Infantry Joined when he was 14 Years old and was wounded at Shiloh but survived the war I'm proud of his service to the south! never forget the boys in blue or Gray!
Salute
I respect the valiant warriors on all sides war is a hell of thing and something Im thankful to have never experienced.
My family might have been there I’m not sure yet but there regiment was
Oh I see. Kirishima in this video is like a part 2 to a previous video where he's walking through the aftermath of the battle and finds Midoriya, Todoroki and Bakugou holding hands in death. Am I right?
Also love the display and detail in this one. (:
My uniform of blue was turned into a purplish red,
when someone on a foaming steed did strike me on the head.
I sent a bullet through his heart, and as he fell away,
I saw the face of my dear father, dressed in bloody gray.
We won the battle, but my heart will always be in pain.
The one who brought me to this world, I’ll never see again.
I pray to Christ my savior, consistent with his will,
God save the souls of them poor boys on top of Shiloh’s Hill.
my ancestor was there. Private John Henry. I’m not quite sure which regiment he was a part of, all i know was that he was vaporized by a union cannonball on the 1st day of the battle. May his soul rest in peace.
What happened to Ringo?
Love it, too. It connects my favorite things to do.
Yay! More civil war!
Very well done!
