Wd don’t do shit other people do...
@@StormQs. in Europe you can get a 90's Hilux in decent condition with the same trim as WD, around 10k. Finding one in mint condition as WD was...very hard to find, and I believe around 20k would be a price to see. Also this WD Hilux is an import, with right hand drive. For the USA market, would be preferable a left hand drive, European version with the 2.4D Diesel engine.
You know whisteln actually kind likes the Toyota Hilux
It’s more manly then those lifted trucks
@@Biowolf626 it has done more towing than most of those lifted trucks 😂
@@stevesanchez1975 it’s done more towing than most lifted trucks will do in their entire lifetime
@@gabrielunderhill that’s exactly what I said
@hey bro why????
Hands down the best RUclips channel ever
as a hilux driver (little newer than this one) this makes me sooooo happy... i almost cried on episode 1 but the fact that even Whistlin Diesel is impressed makes me so happy... YOTA FOR LIFE!
Whistlin: Tries to prove top gear wrong and kill a HiLUX
The HiLUX: We don't do that here
Normal people oh my" God I almost died in a car wreck" whistlin deisel "HELLO AND WELCOME"😂💪
How did you not hurt yourself rolling the hilux ? Fuckin crazy mate 😂😂
Ikr
Why can’t vehicles be as simple and reliable as this Hilux
Because then the car companies won't be able to sell you one every few years, because you're still driving the old car without any problems. 🤣 And also environmental regulations.
“Money”
They can, buy a hilux
Just get a car not made in the 2000s and up
they can be. take another hilux as example
Tell me you’re the goat of RUclips without actually telling me.
WhistlinDiesel is turning into the “Project Farm” of truck testing.
indeed.... but i fricking LOVE IT
"Can tow 30,000 pounds, we're gonna test that" With his chuckle too lol
@@dank9288639 the chuckle gets me everytime. 😂 you know the manufacturer’s of the product start sweating when they hear that.
Toughest truck ever made, were gonna test that.
I get that he's testing the truck or whatever but if you think this has any similarity to Project Farm you're mistaken
Kind of painful to watch but also makes me even happier to own one. My slowest vehicle but also my absolute favorite. Thanks for this crazy testing series!
Cody’s kid when he asks “daddy have you been in a car crash” Cody “uh just a couple”
First off, that was one of the best intros to anything I've ever seen in my life. Second item of importance, I think vehicle durability reviews should become a revisited theme on this channel. Just fantastic. Magical even.
“Its self healing???” 😂 made me die
how do we
RIP
There's a TV show called Top Gear here in UK. They did the same thing with a Toyota truck including insane stuff like dropping it from a building, setting fire to it, and leaving it in the sea all night - It still worked
you didn't hear the intro did you
Toyoda's soul is feeling the pride in heaven..
@@Monz117 don't know if he meant to spell it like that but there are some parts on older Toyotas that have TOYODA on them. It was the name of the founder Kiichiro Toyoda.
just load the last save point - no damage
hahahah this series makes me smile
Hi
Hi Mav I'm a big fan of your channel. Have fun in Mexico!
Holy shit, is MAV really on WD video. So dope. HEY TINT YOUR DAMN CAMPER WINDOWS lol .
Yoo what?? Mav also watched WD??
The fact that it MANAGES to be a series makes me smile even wider
The fact that the door still opened after the roll is the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen!
Not to be that guy, but *roll
Rear roll bar helps and lightweight
This truck is a beast it’s better than any other truck I’ve seen
The Hilux with the skid loader and truck on a goose neck trailer is just "He a little confused, but he got the spirit."
Today I learned a little ass hilux has a higher towing capacity than my 2500
#timetotakeitback
I bought a 2013 tahoe 4x4, and I feel stupid now after watching this , selling that and looking for a Toyota next
@@bicmitchum1368 highly recommend the 5.7 out of the tundra smoothest motor I've ever driven durable as hell.
@@benmuccianti8577 towing capacity is crap though
Bruh these little bitty trucks could complete with 1 ton pickups
Dear Toyota, please hire him to lead your R&D department ASAP.
They dont need him they have the whole middle east market. I have seen hilux's, prados, and land crusers do this stuff daily over there.
The all time best opening video
We used a Hulix at a campground I used to work at when I was in high school. The camp hauled everything from cardboard to logs in that truck. That was over 20 years ago. The camp still uses the truck there today. It doesn’t look pretty but it still runs and drives like new.
Now you know why throwing a Hilux diff in a drag car is fairly standard in Australia
Everyday people: accident happens, calls cops, insurance papers
Whistlin Diesel: today I'm gonna simulate an accident
OK, that is unbelievably impressive!! I have a modded TRD 4runner that, while I know it's capable, has no where near the guts this Hilux has! Toyota's are tough man. I want a diesel Hilux now!!! Thanks for such an entertaining video!
WhistlinD: Round 2 of Hilux tests
Hilux prices: to Infiniti and beyond!
You know it’s tough when there’s a part 2 with this dude behind the wheel. 😂
LMAO
Probably the only test anyone needs, everyday driving is now a new staple!
And a part 3 on the way lol
When WD puts on his seat belt its like a southerners version of hold my beer and watch this.
WD puts on his seatbelt, that's my sign to exit the vehicle as soon as possible 😂
No when he puts his seatbelt on it is like hold on to your helmets this is gonna get real. Lol
@@nateolmsted22 true. LMFAO! 😂
This is absolutely the truly funniest intro I've ever seen. Thank you for reminding me of what laughing to tears feels like, I'm a new man now.
