These are the best 4x4 videos made and I can't that you enough.
2012 Nissan Xterrafied Off Road -
tv series quality! well done... everything to showing good recovery methods to showing people spotting the depth of water before going in!
my 78 fullsize chevy maybe a bit wide for there but would be fun!
Great video, even better shot than ones before! I can imagine how much preparation went into camera positioning.
That Rubicon drove surprisingly well through the obstacles, slow and fluid without any jerkiness. Toyota's are of course much larger beasts, all of them look great.
Awesome video once again, Ronny. You guys have some great trails over there. Every time I watch one of your videos I want to get in my Toyota Tacoma and hit the trails. Cheers from Oregon, USA.
Thanks Andrew 👍 Australia is a great country when it comes to 4 wheeling
+Andrew Kumler I am also from oregon and i'm a fan of this.
I'm also from Oregon! :D
Great video ! Very happy to find one guy smart enough to get the vehicle and rider names !! Appreciated !
Great video and great 4WDing advice to go with it. Have been enjoying all the videos you put up and have learnt a lot as well.
Excellent video, please never stop!
Ronny I always love watching your videos it makes me want to go out and off road no matter the conditions
we went to Coral Bay for a boat fishing trip and also did some four wheel driving on windy days , we drove down to Woorrara and did some great hill climbs and descents we also went north of Coral Bay in and out of some top spots along the coast for about 70ks thanks to you Ronny we were all well equipped with the right recovery gear and knowledge and had a safe top fun trip Cheers Rolly
+rolly buegge thanks mate good to hear you find the videos useful...
Them v8 diesels sound the bees knees 👌
+Greg O'Brien they are mint i got a chip exhaust on me 200 twin turbo best sound i agree
that scenery at the end is just awesome
Excellent work as usual! I dig the commentary on tire pressures, gear selection and other driving techniques.
Lovely I enjoyed watching this. I am in Nairobi and I love bundu bashing as well
Wonderful vids and what a great country to 4x4 in thanks for taking us along on the journey.
No worries and thanks for the feedback
watched all your vids now ronny. nice work, cracksw me up every time when your old mans car seems to crawl up the slippery slopes with ease. surely the weight plays into it... still funny. keep it up. look forward to more vids
Love this video as always Ronny! I was wondering, how is the fuel consumption on the meaty sounding V8's? Have you ever had trouble nearly running out of fuel in the vast australian bush? How many liters do you guys carry on the longer trips?
I agee, nice casual commentry, very informative. Nice humour too, now and a again! No bravdo, just plain common sense .
No spinning on the max-tracks!
I learned that from Ronny!
+gullf1sk hahaha too right mate...
Beautiful landscape down under!
Love this video Ronny! Takes me back to when I first found ya! Cheers 🤘🇨🇦
Sweet video guys! Thumbs up from Canada!
Great Video! Love that V8 TD Roar!
great video Ronny thanks again love watching all your vids your the best
awesome stuff. this is one of the few channels on youtube that really gets the value of understated music and pure engine audio, and when to use which one. keep it up! :)
Well done as always ronny! Making it look easy and some great footage! Definitely inspiration for our trip back there in a couple of weeks... keep up the good work
Cheers mate
perfect video and vehicles ronny..... I loved it.... hii from istanbul and hilux owners
Please show more footage of the technical driving of each vehicle or at least highlight some of the better driving and obstacle challenges of the trips. Great clean family friendly videos. Can't wait to finish my rig. 2004 US market grand Cherokee limited with full custom hand made suspension and to top it all off a fuel sipping Aussie Holden 2.8 duramax engine on Land cruiser axles. U guys have great trails but us Americans can get by with higher lifts and tires
dude thats one of the best (and most professional) you tube 4wd videos ive seen. camera work was just superb. Love ya work looking forward to more!
Your videos are great. You are giving me and my friend Ideas on how to set up our 4x4's

Great Video. Great engine sound at 15th minute.

Awesome vid, hopefully you can get the drone back up soon.
Excellent video, that'll keep me coming back for more. Great job

Another great video, those V8's sound the business.
Ronny mate! Brilliant episode, have you ever thought of putting together a day or weekend to meet your local fans?
awesome vid guys.. come down to Albany WA. there are some mean tracks down here.
Great vid. Super editing. Amazing scenery. I am so jealous. Toyota's rule. The V8 is music to my ears.

Thanks +Clint Reid
Hi guys. The video was very nice, I really enjoyed it. Quite nice to see you are also giving advices along the way. Keep up the good work.
What 4x4 do you prefer from the ones showed in this video and why ?
you guys are lucky. no trails like that here in Florida mostly swa
you got that right. idk what part of fl youre in but in my part they closed down all the places where we use to go wheeling because kids getting drunk couldnt pick up their damn beer cans
+JustinTheLocksmith I'm in Orlando Ocala is where we used to go
mate, what an awesome video again. wish we'd have such kind of overland tracks over here in europe, that you can reach just a few hundred Ks away from your neighbourhood. got a question, totally different topic: what's that instrumental track you used for your footage from about 23:00min on?
Great Video mate keen up the great job and can't wait to see the next one
This trip is definitely a good example on why you need wide tyres when you’re out bush going through mud & ruts.
Loved the instruction on the voice over!
When I clicked on this video I thought OHH Brunswick that's different. thinking Brunswick Melb lol quite a different environment. :D these courses would be a great way to build up skills.
Great vis and camera shots
Superb, don't stop, superb.
Love watching your vids
Awesome video mate, loved the timelapse at the end
Amazing video, love your work lads
beautiful scenery ron. which is better diesel or petrol engine for this trip?
+kevanryl Diesel is better for the mud, rocks and hills as you will have loads more torque. Petrol/Gasoline is great for sand.
Hey Ronny. Heading out there tomorrow. You got gps coordinates for where you camped?
best 4x4 videos by far ;)
Do you think lighter vehicle is overall more capable or does the right amount of weight give you an advantage? Great Videos, I've watched almost all of them.
lighter vehicles are more capable in most situations but there are some problems, if the weight is evenly divide across the vehicle then they will do well in most cases but sometimes having a light rear end can be a problem in sand and water crossings. But a very heavy rear can be a problem too. Wheel base comes into to play as well among other things...
Thanks for the reply Ronnie. If you ever come to Colorado look me up. I can take you on some trails here :)
That Jeep keeps surprising me. Is it overall, vehicle, people and cargo, the lightest of the group?
Again, great video. Thanks.
+Otto Vandieren thanks mate, in regards to the Jeep it is the lightest and has the shortest wheel base.
good camera work mate!!! Thumbs ups
A cool vid to see would be a trail Preparedness kit. Like what do u have with you at all times when on a trail
Very nice video!!! Keep up with the work!!!
Over here in the US, we have much fewer options for good off-road vehicles. Everywhere else gets the coolest stuff! But that makes me wonder, has there ever been a vehicle that we could get, that Australia or Europe couldn't? I know you guys got the XJ, and the Wrangler. What about the Bronco? Or full size trucks? Full size SUV's? Are old Willies Jeeps available outside the US?
Love the videos, keep 'em coming! Beautiful camera work too!
Thanks mate. Vehicles in the US that we don't have, good question. We do have Ford Bronco but it's the early 90's version only, Willies Jeep we do have, Full sized trucks Ford GM and the others we have only just had access to for the past few years BUT they cost us 3-5 times more than they cost you in the US! We don't get the Toyota Tacoma. That's about all I can think of now.
Might look into this more and do a video on it. Good question...
as always, great video Ronnie!
excelente video y muy buenas rutas
saludos desde Ecuador
Bobs hill hey that's a very mythical place full of unicorns and gifted spirits .Beware of the troll up the top!!!!!!!!!
Where do u get the black max tracks or were they treds?..
Is it just me or was the footage quite pixelated seemed to be recorded on a 5110😂.
Nice vid mate that jeeps my pick of the bunch for what it is , it seems to out Do the bigger trucks.
+Michael Smith The black Maxtrax are hard to get from the local shops some most buy direct or from Ebay when it comes to the colored ones.
slowly getting my 79 together Ronny, lifted, offset rims from Darren at Greenwood tyre and auto redback exhaust unichip from SS autos Tjm bulbar and side bars plus a whole lot more also from Darren we are going to fit the new KO2 Goodrich
Very nice, send us some photos when it's all done 👍
another great vid. Keep it up Ronny!
Hi Mr. Ronny, I have a question when it comes to driving on the beach (sand) terrain. I have an awd Jeep Grand Cherokee WK 06' with 2in lift and A/T by firestone I know to pressure down to about 15-20 psi what should I do with traction control? Also with no low range in the Jeep should I use the shifters and keep it in 1,2,3,4 or just let the automatic do it`s job? Thank you!
My son and I love watching your videos!
+Zachary Wright traction control will get you stuck it it's turned on, if you turn it off it might still work in the back ground but it should help you. Depending on terrain I'd use the shifter to select the gears needed so it doesn't change up when heading up or down hills.
Another great movie man
Hi Ronny, what do you think is better all around vehicle a Patrol GR Y61 3.0 2005 or Hilux 3.0 D4D 2010 ?
Love your videos Ronny keep up the good work 👍
hey ronny, i just binge watched most of your videos. how do you do that time lapse around the camp fire and move it
A robot panning device and manual settings on a canon 5D mark iii
Great video, thumbs up =)
Absolutely amazing video! Keep them coming, we want more :-D
Haha more coming soon 👍
it was great to see that Toyota Hilux rooster tail all that muddy water for a second.
I bet that whole trip SMELLED Amazing, mud, fresh air outdoors, and some diesel and rubber. especially the diesel and mud... other than the aviation fuel diesel at the airport, that's one of my favorite smells for some reason. and sex wax on a salty surfboard and night blooming jasmine
We can't get the Hilux in the states but they do offer some factory off road packages you can add to a Tacoma. You know what the Hilux has that makes it a Hilux? Would the off road packages get a Tacoma close?
+mimixownzall For the Hilux you can get items stuff from Toyota in regards to bar work and the rear tray but thats about it, the rest of the stuff you must get from aftermarket 4x4 shops. We do get the TDR version over here, supercharged 4.0l gasoline engine same motor you have other in the states with the Tacomas. Most Hilux's here in AUS used for off-roading have the Diesel motor, that said my vehicle before the diesel cruiser was a Hilux 4.0l and it went really well off-road in most situations.
Love that HiLux
Awesome video Ronny !
Hey mate great video, this ones nice and close for me, when I go out there I go via sandalwood road what way do you go in when you do
Hey Ronnie I live in the brunswick area would be great if you had some directions or coordinates to the trails you hit.
thumbs up! I enjoyed this video
Hey mate, would you be able to tell me what bull bar is on that lux?
great vids Ronny, I'll have to watch the rest later as I'm off to buy my first 4x4. (2013 ford ranger)
that jeep is beast
