Great video, even better shot than ones before! I can imagine how much preparation went into camera positioning. That Rubicon drove surprisingly well through the obstacles, slow and fluid without any jerkiness. Toyota's are of course much larger beasts, all of them look great.
tv series quality! well done... everything to showing good recovery methods to showing people spotting the depth of water before going in! my 78 fullsize chevy maybe a bit wide for there but would be fun!
Awesome video once again, Ronny. You guys have some great trails over there. Every time I watch one of your videos I want to get in my Toyota Tacoma and hit the trails. Cheers from Oregon, USA.
we went to Coral Bay for a boat fishing trip and also did some four wheel driving on windy days , we drove down to Woorrara and did some great hill climbs and descents we also went north of Coral Bay in and out of some top spots along the coast for about 70ks thanks to you Ronny we were all well equipped with the right recovery gear and knowledge and had a safe top fun trip Cheers Rolly
watched all your vids now ronny. nice work, cracksw me up every time when your old mans car seems to crawl up the slippery slopes with ease. surely the weight plays into it... still funny. keep it up. look forward to more vids
Love this video as always Ronny! I was wondering, how is the fuel consumption on the meaty sounding V8's? Have you ever had trouble nearly running out of fuel in the vast australian bush? How many liters do you guys carry on the longer trips?
awesome stuff. this is one of the few channels on youtube that really gets the value of understated music and pure engine audio, and when to use which one. keep it up! :)
great video love the terrain and great trail that is wish we had more trails like that here in arizona but mostly rocks and just desert our high country really has some nice trails also but nothing like this.
Well done as always ronny! Making it look easy and some great footage! Definitely inspiration for our trip back there in a couple of weeks... keep up the good work
mate, what an awesome video again. wish we'd have such kind of overland tracks over here in europe, that you can reach just a few hundred Ks away from your neighbourhood. got a question, totally different topic: what's that instrumental track you used for your footage from about 23:00min on?
Please show more footage of the technical driving of each vehicle or at least highlight some of the better driving and obstacle challenges of the trips. Great clean family friendly videos. Can't wait to finish my rig. 2004 US market grand Cherokee limited with full custom hand made suspension and to top it all off a fuel sipping Aussie Holden 2.8 duramax engine on Land cruiser axles. U guys have great trails but us Americans can get by with higher lifts and tires
When I clicked on this video I thought OHH Brunswick that's different. thinking Brunswick Melb lol quite a different environment. :D these courses would be a great way to build up skills.
you got that right. idk what part of fl youre in but in my part they closed down all the places where we use to go wheeling because kids getting drunk couldnt pick up their damn beer cans
it was great to see that Toyota Hilux rooster tail all that muddy water for a second. I bet that whole trip SMELLED Amazing, mud, fresh air outdoors, and some diesel and rubber. especially the diesel and mud... other than the aviation fuel diesel at the airport, that's one of my favorite smells for some reason. and sex wax on a salty surfboard and night blooming jasmine
slowly getting my 79 together Ronny, lifted, offset rims from Darren at Greenwood tyre and auto redback exhaust unichip from SS autos Tjm bulbar and side bars plus a whole lot more also from Darren we are going to fit the new KO2 Goodrich
Bobs hill hey that's a very mythical place full of unicorns and gifted spirits .Beware of the troll up the top!!!!!!!!! Where do u get the black max tracks or were they treds?.. Is it just me or was the footage quite pixelated seemed to be recorded on a 5110😂. Nice vid mate that jeeps my pick of the bunch for what it is , it seems to out Do the bigger trucks.
Hi Mr. Ronny, I have a question when it comes to driving on the beach (sand) terrain. I have an awd Jeep Grand Cherokee WK 06' with 2in lift and A/T by firestone I know to pressure down to about 15-20 psi what should I do with traction control? Also with no low range in the Jeep should I use the shifters and keep it in 1,2,3,4 or just let the automatic do it`s job? Thank you! My son and I love watching your videos!
+Zachary Wright traction control will get you stuck it it's turned on, if you turn it off it might still work in the back ground but it should help you. Depending on terrain I'd use the shifter to select the gears needed so it doesn't change up when heading up or down hills.
Hi guys. The video was very nice, I really enjoyed it. Quite nice to see you are also giving advices along the way. Keep up the good work. What 4x4 do you prefer from the ones showed in this video and why ?
Over here in the US, we have much fewer options for good off-road vehicles. Everywhere else gets the coolest stuff! But that makes me wonder, has there ever been a vehicle that we could get, that Australia or Europe couldn't? I know you guys got the XJ, and the Wrangler. What about the Bronco? Or full size trucks? Full size SUV's? Are old Willies Jeeps available outside the US? Love the videos, keep 'em coming! Beautiful camera work too!
Thanks mate. Vehicles in the US that we don't have, good question. We do have Ford Bronco but it's the early 90's version only, Willies Jeep we do have, Full sized trucks Ford GM and the others we have only just had access to for the past few years BUT they cost us 3-5 times more than they cost you in the US! We don't get the Toyota Tacoma. That's about all I can think of now. Might look into this more and do a video on it. Good question...
finally videos about cars where we can hear the cars working not some loud shit uncalled for music.
cheers

beautiful scenery ron. which is better diesel or petrol engine for this trip?
+kevanryl Diesel is better for the mud, rocks and hills as you will have loads more torque. Petrol/Gasoline is great for sand.
Another great movie man
Hey Ronny, have you ever thought to make a wagon vs ute video?
Hey mate great video, this ones nice and close for me, when I go out there I go via sandalwood road what way do you go in when you do
That Jeep keeps surprising me. Is it overall, vehicle, people and cargo, the lightest of the group?
Again, great video. Thanks.
+Otto Vandieren thanks mate, in regards to the Jeep it is the lightest and has the shortest wheel base.
Great vid guys!
best 4x4 videos by far ;)
This trip is definitely a good example on why you need wide tyres when you’re out bush going through mud & ruts.
Great video!
Great video, thumbs up =)
Awesome vid guys👍 cheers
slowly getting my 79 together Ronny, lifted, offset rims from Darren at Greenwood tyre and auto redback exhaust unichip from SS autos Tjm bulbar and side bars plus a whole lot more also from Darren we are going to fit the new KO2 Goodrich

+Michael Smith The black Maxtrax are hard to get from the local shops some most buy direct or from Ebay when it comes to the colored ones.

Hi guys. The video was very nice, I really enjoyed it. Quite nice to see you are also giving advices along the way. Keep up the good work.
What 4x4 do you prefer from the ones showed in this video and why ?
Nice , that's my dream to, to get a Jeep and go camping:-), I watched allot of ur videos,
Over here in the US, we have much fewer options for good off-road vehicles. Everywhere else gets the coolest stuff!
